We are seeking an experienced Water Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and managing water infrastructure projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
">

Design and manage water infrastructure projects including pipelines, pump stations, storage reservoirs, and water treatment plants;
">
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
">
Mentor junior engineers and designers to develop their skills and knowledge;
">
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients;
">
Contribute to the growth of our talent pipeline through mentoring and coaching;
">
">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
To be successful in this role, you will need:
">
">
Relevant tertiary qualifications and Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) / Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) certification;
">
Demonstrated experience in managing complex multidisciplinary projects and meeting delivery requirements in the water infrastructure industry;
">
A future leader with an interest in succession and long-term growth within a global organisation;
">
Ability to work collaboratively at both an internal and external, client-facing level, developing new client relationships and maintaining existing networks within the business;
">
Ability to guide and mentor junior engineers and designers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline;
