ABOUT THE ROLE:
As our Ecommerce Manager you will be responsible for driving the growth, performance and profitability of the ecommerce stream of our business.
You will have a clear focus on the functionality, as well as the overall customer experience measured by conversion, average sale value and retention metrics.

This is a key leadership position within our business and you will work closely within our senior team, to deliver industry leading customer experience, and contribute to business strategy, planning and growth.
KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage all operational functions of the Daisy & Hen e-commerce store, driving an industry leading user experience.Manage the strategy & execution of all product creation and on site merchandising.Project management and delivery of new website initiatives.Manage the SEO strategyDeliver on key metrics around traffic, conversion, revenue, AOV, customer acquisition cost and lifetime value, repeat customer rateReport on performance and analyse market and industry trends, to identify innovation opportunities.Develop and implement content strategies that align with the marketing and communication strategies and SEO best practices.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, promos and the overall marketing calendar.Identify and opportunities and execute initiatives to enhance the customer experience from discovery through to post-purchase.Deliver outcomes to strict timelines within a dynamic, changing environment.Work collaboratively with all business teams to deliver the best possible experience for our customers and business goals and objectives.Contribute to broader business strategy as part of the senior leadership team.ABOUT YOU:
You are passionate about ecommerce, with a high level understanding of Shopify.
You have a host of apps you already know and love to use, some go to plugins that get results and a genuine passion and commitment for staying up to date with industry trends and best practice.You have a collaborative, can do approach to work.
We are growing, but still a family business at heart, and have an all in approach.
Must be prepared to roll up the sleeves and work with the team.You bring a fun, kind and positive approach to work - and can bring the joy for our team, and community.Super organised with an incredible attention to detail.You are analytical and data driven with your decision making.
Functionality is crucial to a high performing website, and you can interpret the numbers to know what is working.You have great eye for visual detail.

You've got the ability to create and identify high quality content.
You love colour and feel a connection and affinity to our brand style.You understand our range of products, and would be genuinely excited to share them with our community.Solutions focussed and a creative problem solver.You are a natural born leader, there is currently 1 direct report in this role - but with our continued growth, the scope is to make this a whole department!You have a positive approach to work and can effectively manage multiple projects, stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast paced environment, while delivering great work.You are an ambitious high performer.

The digital marketing industry moves quickly, so a desire to learn and stay ahead of trends as well as receive feedback and adapt is essential.REQUIREMENTS TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Advanced and current working knowledge of Shopify and Google Analytics.Proficient knowledge of Klaviyo, Meta Ads and paid social, Microsoft Office.An affinity or interest with our product (and a willingness to learn more)Experience in a similar role, in a product based e-commerce business, for a minimum of 2 years.A desire to challenge the status quo, and a willingness to dream big.WHAT'S ON OFFER?
This is an onsite, full time Monday to Friday role (7am - 3pm or 8am - 4pm - your choice) based in Mile End South, with your own onsite carpark.
