About Weitj Investments
Weitj Investments is a proudly Aboriginal-owned enterprise group based in Fremantle, WA. Our mission is to lead with cultural strength, business integrity and innovation across sectors that create real, lasting impact for Aboriginal communities.
Our group includes:
- EON Protection – a national security and training company
- Gather Hospitality Group – a native food wholesale, manufacturing and venue management business
- Gather Foundation – a values-led not-for-profit that empowers Aboriginal leadership, participation and protection in the Australian native food industry
In 2024, in response to increasing exploitation of the unregulated native food sector, our founder launched the Gather Foundation as a powerful vehicle to ensure Aboriginal knowledge holders and businesses lead the future of Australia’s native food economy.
We’re now seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to support the Group Managing Director, enabling focus on strategic priorities and the continued growth of these culturally grounded, high-impact businesses.

- Communication Support: Prepare high-quality presentations, briefing notes, and stakeholder correspondence
- Weekly CEO Reporting: Ensure timely, accurate weekly reports from each division and consolidate for executive use
- Operational Streamlining: Identify ways to improve admin processes, templates and systems across business units
- Executive Support Culture: Foster a respectful, collaborative and service-oriented culture through professional and confidential support
