Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
* Support the development of a procurement plan aligned with the business's objectives, emphasizing the cultivation of strategic service partnerships.
* Efficiently consolidate and manage national procurement spend, categorize expenditures, and optimize supplier relationships while effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure the effective implementation of procurement practices, focusing on sustainability, ethical standards, and cost management, while actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives and policy implementation.
* Analyze data from various sources to develop alternative courses of action based on logical assumptions and factual information, considering organizational values, objectives, and customer requirements.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will posses the following:
* Possess relevant tertiary qualifications in business or a related field, or demonstrate 3-5 years of experience in ICT/Corporate Services Procurement.
* Exhibit exceptional stakeholder management abilities, fostering strong business relationships internally and externally, with a demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of indirect strategic sourcing, contract development, supplier management, and procurement metrics reporting, utilizing these skills to formulate effective procurement strategies.
