Role Description
We are seeking a Manager, KYC (Know Your Customer) Services to join our team in a full-time capacity. This hybrid role is based in Sydney, NSW, with an option to work from home part of the time. As Manager, KYC Services, you will oversee and monitor compliance with KYC policies and procedures to ensure customer due diligence. You will lead a team in processing KYC requests, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal operational standards. The role involves liaising with stakeholders, providing accurate reporting, resolving escalations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge and experience in KYC, regulatory compliance, and anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks
* Leadership and team management skills to effectively oversee and motivate team performance
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle escalations
* Effective communication and relationship-building skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
* Proficiency in data analysis, process improvement methodologies, and use of relevant software tools
* Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage responsibilities efficiently
* A degree in finance, business, or a related field, along with prior experience in financial services, is preferred
