Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with the agent to identify and qualify potential buyers and sellers.
* Assist in preparing and conducting property viewings, meetings, and negotiations.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
* Stay updated on market trends and property values.
* Help create marketing materials and listings.
* Coordinate and organize property showings, open houses, and events.
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
* Assist in marketing efforts, including social media management and campaign coordination.
Qualifications:
* Valid QLD Real Estate certificate
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
* A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software.
* Prior experience in real estate is a plus but not required.
