Clinical Educator (Dentistry / Oral Health) - Casual Opportunity
Casual opportunity with flexible hours to fit your schedule. Based in one of CSU regional Dental and Oral Health Clinics, you will provide hands-on clinical supervision and mentorship to students, bridging academic learning with real-world practice. This role supports the development of the dental workforce in rural and regional communities and offers opportunities for professional growth and academic engagement.
Responsibilities
* Casual / Sessional (on an as-needed basis) staffing in Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange and Wagga Wagga
* Provide hands-on clinical supervision and mentorship to dental and oral health students
* Bridge academic learning with practical clinical experience
* Contribute to the development and delivery of rural and regional dental education
About you
* Full registration as a dental practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra)
* Ability to empathise effectively and tailor teaching approaches to diverse learning styles while following good clinical supervision principles
* Willingness to adapt teaching schedules to facilitate collaboration with colleagues at varying times
* Desire to contribute to advancing dental education and to mentoring future dental professionals
