**Job Title:** Team Member - Liquor
A Team Member in our Liquor Department will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and achieving sales growth through effective inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide top-notch customer service by engaging with customers, answering product questions, and resolving issues promptly.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
* Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stockroom operations effectively.
* Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and promotions.
**Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike. You should also be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and able to lift up to 25kg and stand for long periods.
