Key Responsibilities
* Program and Event Management: Collaborate with committees to plan events and programs, develop marketing strategies, create networking opportunities for members.
* Membership Growth and Retention: Set membership targets, analyze feedback and reasons for non-renewal to improve services, develop incentives to attract and retain members.
* Community Relations and Partnerships: Serve as a spokesperson, maintain the Chamber's public profile, build relationships with local organizations and government entities.
* Human Resources and Office Management: Supervise staff and volunteers, facilitate training and performance reviews, maintain a positive office environment.
* Communication and Marketing: Oversee websites, social media, newsletters, and media outreach, develop marketing campaigns aligned with Chamber branding.
* Board Support and Governance: Attend Board meetings and support strategic planning, update policies and participate in provincial networks.
Requirements
Leadership experience, post-secondary degree in Business or marketing, strong communication skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
