About the role:
As the Branch Manager for the Electrical Signage / Traffic division, you will be responsible for providing overall business leadership to achieve the objectives of the Service Branch.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sustainable growth aligned with corporate goals and customer satisfaction.
Financial Excellence: Lead the team to achieve operational excellence, maximize profit, and exceed customer satisfaction metrics like NPS.
Operational Excellence: Develop and ensure compliance with business processes to enable effective operations.
Service sales and planning: Strategize and lead service sales to meet and surpass growth targets.
Resource Planning: Ensure adequate resources (manpower, tools, etc.) are available to meet objectives.
Customer Management/Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
