Job Description
The Visual Merchandising professional in our Sydney Brand Centre is responsible for delivering a high-quality visual merchandising experience across our Halo store.
This role oversees and executes the global visual merchandising direction, driving profitability through sales targets and commercial success. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with diverse groups, build strong relationships, and drive results-oriented decisions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Drive profitability of store by meeting or exceeding sales targets through ensuring efficient and effective implementation of global visual merchandising direction in Sydney Brand Centre
2. Execute visual merchandising and brand elements within both Pacific market calendar and Brand Centre specific activations
3. Represent adidas brand/company brands and products in an inspiring and impactful way, amplifying the brand with every decision and action
4. Identify sales and KPI improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management to address them and drive commercial success
5. Utilize all available store and market data to make commercial decisions based on sound analysis and financial judgment
6. Support selling and service culture through championing sales execution strategies, product knowledge & training, and by ensuring consumers come first
7. Role model selling & service expectations through being actively present on the sales floor while undertaking visual merchandising actions
8. Presents the store at all times in accordance with adidas' visual merchandising guidelines with a high focus on commerciality
9. Support Retail and Brand Marketing with store events, brand activations, artist cooperation, community events and experimental zones
10. Train and coach the Halo store floor team on VM standards and commerciality for consistent flawless execution
