Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dedicated legal team, reporting directly to the senior lawyer and property advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support services to the legal team, including maintaining accurate records, preparing correspondence and legal documentation.
* Process requests for legal services and freedom of information, making decisions in accordance with relevant laws and procedures.
* Contribute to policy development and implement procedures as required.
* Undertake research and analysis on various issues, preparing summaries as directed.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in legal administration or equivalent experience highly desirable.
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, set priorities, plan and organize tasks within specified deadlines.
* Capacity to interpret legislation and perform research, including comparative and electronic research.
* Excellent communication skills to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
