About the role
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the successful person will be responsible for providing excellence in energy services, utility administration, accounting and reporting. This role is a fulltime permanent role based in our Southport office.
The role has the following key responsibilities and tasks:
* Setting up new clients in accounting and billing software
* Reconciliations and Reporting
* Maintaining high quality and consistent client accounts
* Client Service - Communicate with Clients and assist with queries
* Transaction reconciliations
* Accounts receivables and payable
* Developing and Maintaining Relationships with Stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who understands people and numbers.
* Has a positive attitude and have a strong work ethic
* Has a proven ability to deliver high quality and efficient accounts work
* Has a minimum of 3-5 years accounts relevant experience
* Has excellent numerical, data and excel skills
* Intermediate Excel formulas skills are required
* Good communication and computer skills are essential
Highly regarded attributes
* Utilities, Energy or similar industry experience such as telecommunications, water, gas
* Data analysis and reporting experience
* Body Corporate/Strata title industry experience

Some important information regarding being successful in this role
This is predominately an in office role based in Southport. You are expected to be in the office on the majority of working days.
There is the ability to work from home on a regular basis by agreement with management. This will be available after a successful initial period in office.
There is flexibility in work days/times
