**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This role gives you the chance to use your natural ability in sales to create a VIP environment with your customers and keep them coming back to you when it is time to make their next purchase. Within this role, you have the chance to hone your sales management skills while working with a high-quality product in a consultative service environment. You will be required to lead by example and promote the art of selling through a consultative style and storytelling. To lead this team you must be consistent and confident in on-the-floor coaching, training and development of your people and have a natural sales-focused passion. You will be responsible for leading a goal-orientated team and have a genuine drive to inspire and manage the sales floor.

**SKILLS**
You will be able to demonstrate experience in managing your team's sales budgets while also meeting your own personal budget each week. You will be a consultative seller that can follow the steps to a sale, and be able to use your skills to close along with creating a VIP-style experience for your customers. You will have a background in on-the-floor selling, along with the capability to complete financial reports and analyse the business to present to your business manager monthly. You will possess strong negotiation skills and have the ability to train your staff to do the same.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the day-to-day running of the store, sales, budgets, KPI management and more
- Complete weekly coaching and training on all staff
- Regular meetings with the team to communicate the budgets, and performance of the store
- Manage the visual merchandising of the store and stock maintenance and level
- complete regular stock takes to report to head office
**ABOUT YOU**
You will have a solid background in retail management and a passion for consultative selling. You will have confidence in people leadership, have the willingness to learn new things and have a flair for customer service by nature. This role will elevate your sales skills, enhance your love for the KPI challenge, and sales budgets and open your eyes to the earning potential that is available to you.
You will be required to complete a National Police Clearance before starting within the business and up-to-date identification documents.
