The **Marketing Coordinator** is central to the marketing function. Delivering to an agreed marketing strategy, you will be undertaking work directly as well as working with external specialists.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Rebranding
- Assist with the creation of the annual and monthly marketing calendar
- Contribute to marketing materials for new product releases
- Maintain 'Images Library'
- Maintain client-facing document register
- Manage and update social media accounts
- Measure success by tracking campaign KPI's and ROI where applicable
- Website - implement content updates, work with external agency on enhancements
- Assist with internal communication and initiatives - Intranet
- Design, coordinate and deliver events such as tradeshows
- Content planning and writing
**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in a marketing related role preferably in an IT environment
- Strong preference to work with a visual brand
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to present to a group of peers or clients
- Excellent coordination, organisation and time management skills
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly motivated team member working in a team environment, and also taking the initiative when working alone
- Qualifications in marketing and / or business admin
- Skills in the following software
- Microsoft Dynamics
- Microsoft Office
- Google AdWords and Analytics
- Wordpress or similar
- Click Dimensions
- Graphic Arts software package
