Counsellor Educator: Regional AOD
We are seeking a Counsellor Educator to provide therapeutic interventions and support for individuals experiencing alcohol challenges in a regional setting.

* Conduct assessments of clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing tailored interventions that promote positive change and improved well-being. The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and cultural awareness.
* Foster collaborative relationships with community stakeholders, ensuring effective service delivery
In addition to conducting assessments and developing treatment plans, the Counsellor Educator will facilitate group sessions within a trauma-informed framework. This will involve designing engaging programs that cater to various learning styles and promoting inclusivity among participants.
