About the role
Sleek window science is seeking an experienced, full-time aluminium window installer/leading hand to join our growing team in Sydney, NSW. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service as you install custom-designed windows for high end residential homes
What you'll be doing
1. Leading a team of installers
2. Ensuring the proper fitting and secure installation of windows, including sealing and weather-proofing
3. Experience in high end residential windows and doors installations
4. Providing courteous and professional customer service throughout the installation process
5. Maintaining a clean and organised work area, and following all health and safety protocols
What we're looking for
1. Minimum 5 years experience as a windows installer/glazier
2. Strong technical skills in window installation, including the ability to accurately measure, cut, and fit windows
3. Experience in working with different type of glazing machineries/cranes.
4. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
5. Experience in glazing large panel glasses/curtain walls
6. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
7. Current driver's licence and your own reliable transportation
