Your Opportunity
Douglas House is a 22-bed supported housing facility dedicated to assisting individuals experiencing long-term homelessness by offering accommodation and intensive case management services. It serves as a crucial stepping-stone for individuals to acquire the necessary skills for transitioning from chronic homelessness to sustainable independent housing, enabling them to actively participate in economic and social aspects of community life. Our support services are recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive. Our staff employs a holistic approach to address the diverse needs of our residents.
