Overview
Employment Status: Permanent Part time positions offering a minimum of 30 hours per fortnight, with flexible work times available
Remuneration: $30.09 p/hr + 11% Super + Not for Profit Tax Benefits (increases your take home pay) + Allowances and Reimbursements (KM’s) + Employee Discounts
The Program: Complete a Certificate 3 in Individual Support with us, while you earn an income. We’ll connect you with government funding so you complete the certificate at no cost (valued at approx. $3,650).
Responsibilities
- Provide care to clients living in our residential home, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life through activities that include daily living assistance (showering, personal hygiene, help at meal times, and general mobility)
- Provide care in accordance with each client’s individualised Care Plan
- Support with community-based recreational and social activities
Qualifications / What makes a difference
- Experience with technology including smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
