A Journey of Co-Creation
As a founding Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our vision to life. You will work collaboratively with a passionate, dedicated team to design and implement a high-quality, inquiry-based curriculum inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
We are looking for both Early Childhood Teachers to join our team.
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be a vital member of our teaching team, working in close partnership with our Early Childhood Teachers to create a nurturing, stimulating, and responsive learning environment for our youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the teaching team to plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
* Build warm, respectful, and reciprocal relationships with children and families.
* Actively participate in documenting children's learning and development.
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
* Support the daily routines and operations of the Early Education School.
Qualifications:
* Cert III Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards, ACECQA-approved).
* A sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
* A genuine interest in and commitment to learning about the Reggio Emilia philosophy and inquiry-based practice.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A warm, nurturing, and positive disposition.
