About the Role
To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced Yard Team Leader to join our team in Beenleigh.
Shift Time: Midday - 8pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing Operating Procedures.
2. Ensure completion of all procedures and daily closing checklists/paperwork.
3. Maintain GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and 5S methodologies.
4. Supervise the Yard team for daily operations.
5. Develop and maintain a motivated, engaged team through effective communication.
6. Oversee yard operations including customer service, LPG filling, loading/unloading, stock management.
7. Accurately record incoming and outgoing IBT stock.
8. Facilitate adhoc meetings/training (First Aid, Fire Warden, etc.).
9. Support and train new yard staff.
10. Fill LPG cylinders.
11. Maintain site security for Production and Locklarney Street sites and all assets.
12. Report to the Yard and Safety Manager.
13. Perform duties as directed.

Skills & Experience
* MR license preferred or ability to obtain one.
* Forklift Licence essential.
* Minimum 1 year experience as a Yard Team Leader.
* Gas industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Intermediate computer skills.
* Proven leadership skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The successful candidate will be required to attend a pre-employment medical examination.
