Our client, a leading infrastructure and engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide executive and office support within a fast‐paced corporate environment.
About The Role
This role provides high‐level administrative and organisational support to senior leadership while also supporting the smooth operation of the Perth office environment.
You will play a key role in coordinating schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, onboarding activities and office administration while contributing to a professional and welcoming workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage executive calendars, appointments and meeting coordination
* Prepare agendas, documentation and follow‐up actions
* Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics
* Support office facilities and administration functions
* Coordinate office supplies, couriers and service providersAssist with onboarding and employee support activitiesSupport internal events and office communications
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a PA, EA or office support role
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of professionalism and discretion
* Experience supporting senior leaders in fast‐paced environments
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and office coordination activities
