About this role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality healthcare services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless patient management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing quality clinical care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
* Developing and maintaining patient care plans, taking into account individual needs and goals
* Liaising with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care and effective communication
* Coordinating outpatient and inpatient treatments, ensuring efficient and safe care delivery
Requirements:
* Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Minimum 12 months post-graduate experience within the last 5 years in an acute care, primary health care, or military setting
* Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA
* Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification
