Lead a team of high-performing business bankers in delivering outstanding service, support and successful outcomes to our customers. Your team will focus on growing quality business across a diverse range of commercial and agricultural sectors whilst achieving business objectives and growth.
While this critical role is accountable for the overall business relationships in the region, you will not manage a portfolio, enabling you to fully utilize your exceptional coaching ability to engage and mentor your team and clients towards success.

With flexibility on location within South West Queensland, some days you may be working from our offices, a client site or remotely. We encourage flexibility to meet client needs and your goals inside and outside of work.
More specifically, you will:
Ensure the team provides responsive, professional and quality service, exceeding client expectations
Build strong relationships with clients, retaining and growing their business while utilizing your network to identify and pursue new opportunities
Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions
Establish or continue to build your profile and presence on behalf of CommBank in this vital region.
We want to hear from you if you have the following:
Experience leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer focus and client engagement
Exceptional commercial acumen and credit understanding with a strong risk management focus
A passion for developing a solid personal brand and becoming a leader in the community
Commitment to the region with relevant agribusiness, business banking or sales leadership experience
A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and Commerce would be highly regarded.
