This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role and will be based at our Sime Office in South Brisbane.In this role, you will:* Design and maintain process models in Mavim, ensuring compliance with BPM standards and quality criteria.* Translate business requirements into accurate end-to-end process models with complete metadata (RACI, KPIs, risks).* Document "as-is" and "to-be" processes and define changes required for migration.* Facilitate business process mapping workshops and identify improvement opportunities.* Interpret business needs and recommend solutions at the business unit level.* Prepare documentation and support training, testing, and adoption activities.* Maintain process repository accuracy and visual consistency across levels* Collaborate with stakeholders and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.**Who We Are***Sime Industrial, a division of Sime Darby Berhad (Sime), is a leading provider of heavy equipment and industrial solutions in the Asia Pacific region.
