About The Role
* We seek a Sales Assistant to support our Export & Domestic Frozen Trading team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer accounts and sales opportunities across export and domestic trade channels.
* Built product knowledge and understanding of customer requirements to enhance competitiveness in fast pace markets.
* Coordinate sales from production to delivery with internal and external partners.
* Handle enquiries, resolve customer issues and support export documentation.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to support short-term sales strategies.
Your Skills And Qualifications
* You will be a proactive, organised and customer-focused individual with strong interest in sales and trade.
* You will have at least 1-2 years' sales experience, preferably in meat or perishable items.
* Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
* Knowledge of export trade processes and documentation would be advantageous but is not essential.
* Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
