Project Manager - Residential Apartment Development
A highly respected and established Australian property and construction group, known for delivering high-quality residential developments across the country, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a significant apartment project. The company is dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality, systems, and processes, with a focus on large-scale, high-end developments.
This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on a $90M residential apartment development project in North Sydney. As the Project Manager, you will oversee the project from inception through to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role will be a key hire in a growing business, offering ample opportunity for progression within the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Leadership: Manage the $90M apartment development, ensuring efficient project delivery and maintaining high quality across all phases.
* Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal teams, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
* Cost & Budget Control: Oversee the project budget, manage costs effectively, and ensure resources are optimally allocated.
* Team Management: Lead and support a diverse project team to meet deadlines, manage risks, and ensure the successful delivery of the project.
Key Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in project management working for a head contractor in Australia
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience working on new build construction projects valued $50M+, commercial or residential projects
* Strong financial and risk management skills, with high-level communication and negotiation skills.
