Territory Manager
As a Territory Manager you will be responsible for retention and growing sales in an existing portfolio while securing new business, managing pricing, product substitution and contract terms to increase profitability.
What you will enjoy doing
* Winning, retaining and growing customers to help achieve sales, service and profit targets in the gases and welding equipment market.
* Identifying, developing and commercializing growth opportunities with existing accounts and new prospects.
* Building mutually rewarding relationships with prospective and current customers.
* Providing technical assistance, solutions and an outstanding customer experience.
* Collaborating across internal functions and plants.
What makes you great
* Strong selling and business‐development skills, including customer negotiation.
* In‐depth knowledge of price and contract management.
* Proven track record in growing existing accounts, generating and converting opportunities.
* Excellent time‐management and initiative‐driven approach.
* Strong verbal and written communication; natural negotiator.
* Welding, fabrication or similar trade experience highly regarded (not essential).
* Hold a clean driver's licence.
