This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, stability and takes pride in their work, and who also communicates confidently.
Responsibilities
* Attending incoming phone calls and client enquiries
* Preparing and processing invoices through XERO and HUBDOCS
* Email correspondence and client communication
* General office administration and data entry
* Maintaining organised digital records and documentation
Qualifications
* Previous office administration experience
* Strong communication and phone manner
* Experience with Xero accounting software
* High level of computer literacy
