Monday.com Site Builder & Creative Workflow Specialist
Initial Term: 3 Months | Global Project | Possibility of Extension
We're looking for aMonday.com specialistwho can design and deliver a fully optimised workspace to support end-to-end creative operations—everything from project intake to artwork review and asset delivery.
If you're someone who thrives at the intersection oftechnology, process design, and creative workflow, this is a standout opportunity.
You will play a key role in building a tailored Monday.com environment that enables an internal marketing-agency style model.
Working closely with a Process Engineer and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll design, configure, document, and hand over a scalable solution that streamlines creative project delivery across the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and configuring Monday.com boards, dashboards, automations, views, and integrations.
Implementing workflows for creative project intake, asset development, artwork review cycles, and stakeholder communication.
Creating clear documentation covering workflows, processes, governance, and troubleshooting.
Leading training sessions and preparing a thorough knowledge-transfer and handover package.
Partnering with internal teams and ensuring workflows align with business needs.
Your background:
Demonstrated expertise inMonday.com setup, administration, and workflow design.
Strong understanding ofcreative production workflows, including asset development and artwork rounds.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work autonomously while managing diverse stakeholder needs.
Tech-savvy with a passion for improving creative processes.
Comfortable bridging people, process, and platform.
A strong collaborator who communicates clearly and effectively.
Flexible to occasionally work outside standard hours as this is aglobal project.
Background in creative operations, marketing production, or project management.
Exposure to process engineering or workflow optimisation.
Monday.com certifications.
Experience with integration tools (e.g., Zapier, API-based connections).
What you will deliver:
A fully functional, scalable Monday.com workspace built for creative operations.
Complete documentation and governance framework.
A structured handover plan including training materials and knowledge transfer.
