The Role
This role will be responsible for
1. Support Boutique Management
2. Ensure both personal and store sales targets are being achieved
3. Make sure the highest level of Customer Service is being upheld at all times
4. Daily security stock counts
5. Undertake daily routine as directed
6. Stock maintenance and cleaning
7. Store housekeeping
8. Track own performance statistics
9. Daily merchandising; set up, stock rotation, new display concepts
10. Attend regular training
11. Develop own knowledge base
The person in this role would need to have the following skills and experience
12. Demonstrated retail experience (luxury industry beneficial)
13. Highly developed and proven customer service skills
14. Genuine passion for the Longines brand
15. Computer literacy skills
16. Excellent organisational skills
17. Team player
18. Energy, drive and enthusiasm
19. Impeccable grooming and presentation
