Key responsibilities include:
* Providing direct clinical support to colleagues
* Mentoring students, graduates, and less experienced midwives
* Implementing and evaluating clinical learning activities across the organisation
What we look for: Registered Midwives with excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. A compassionate and flexible approach to effective woman-centred care is essential. We also require current Police Record Check, Working with Children Check, proof of influenza vaccination, and other relevant qualifications.
