What you'll do
* Develop, maintain and review planning and scheduling standards and practices.
* Provide expert advice on planning and scheduling to ensure the optimum delivery of IWFM implementations.
* Facilitate planning workshops to ensure proper planning is completed and interdependencies are identified.
* Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the program's timelines are accurately captured and baselined.
* Evaluate program schedule progress and performance to identify problem areas and advise possible corrective actions to ensure on time delivery.
