Your Opportunity: The purpose of this role is to train the successful applicant in all aspects of gynaecologic oncology and provide a service to treat women referred to the RBWH. Responsibilities include:
* Emergency, inpatient and outpatient care of gynaecologic oncology patients.
* Assisting and being trained in various gynaecologic oncology surgeries, including colorectal and urological procedures relevant to the practice.
* Training in medical and radiation oncology under the direction of the Director of Medical and Radiation Oncology.

Role: One of two full‐time RANZCOG accredited advanced training positions in public and private gynaecology, providing significant surgical exposure including:
* Severe endometriosis & pelvic pain management.
* Major prolapse, incontinence & reconstructive surgeries – laparoscopic and vaginal techniques.
* Advanced laparoscopic & hysteroscopic surgery.
* Sub‐specialist urogynaecology assessment and surgery.
* Infertility management.
* Acute gynaecology.
In addition, the role includes in‐animate laparoscopic training, teaching medical students, and Junior Medical Officer education.
