Financial Operations Specialist


About the Role:

* We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to support our business finance requirements.
* This role involves managing financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining accurate financial data.


Main Responsibilities:

* Manage cash flow, prepare financial reports, and maintain accounting records.
* Assist with payroll processing, employee expense claims, and month-end close activities.
* Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, supporting audits and compliance requirements.


Key Requirements:

* Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or business.
* Proven experience in finance administration or similar role.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
