We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Marine Maintenance Engineer to join our team operating in the stunning Great Barrier Reef.
* Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to ensure vessels are in peak operating condition.
* Collaborate closely with the marine operations team to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize disruptions to our tours.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform regular maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of boat engines, electrical, hydraulic, refrigeration systems, and related components.
* Keep meticulous records of maintenance activities, inventory, and spare parts.
Qualifications
* Class C driving license.
* Minimum of MED 2.
* Proficiency in boat systems, engines, and general maintenance practices.
