About the Role:

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a Clinical Nurse within our Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care division.

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.

As a Clinical Nurse, you'll serve as the central liaison coordinating comprehensive patient care pathways across multidisciplinary teams. You'll ensure seamless communication between patients, families, healthcare professionals and community services whilst maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.

To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
