A Multimedia Specialist is responsible for creating engaging multimedia content, optimizing digital experiences, and generating qualified leads.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in multimedia production, graphic design, and UX/UI design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). They should be skilled in HubSpot CMS, digital lead generation, and website optimisation. Additionally, they should understand SEO, paid media campaigns, and marketing analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Multimedia Content Creation: Create high-quality photo, video, and graphic content for social media, paid campaigns, blogs, and the website
* Websites and User Experience: Lead website UX structure, sitemap, and UI design on HubSpot; optimize user journeys to convert visitors into qualified leads
* Lead Generation: Design and implement landing pages, forms, CTAs, and gated content; track and analyze lead performance
* Content and SEO: Review and refine written content; optimize blogs and website copy for clarity, structure, and SEO performance
* Agency and Supplier Management: Coordinate with marketing and creative agencies, external service providers, and TV broadcasters
* Graphic Design and Print: Design print assets, advertisements, and marketing collateral
* Events and Trade Shows: Co-organize trade show participation, including planning and on-site coordination
* Corporate Design: Support development and rollout of new brand identity and corporate design system
