Job Description
We are seeking a detail-orientated and customer-focused individual to manage the dispatching process for both incoming and outgoing shipments. This role is essential for ensuring timely delivery, efficient communication with customers, and maintaining warehouse operations.
This involves assisting sales teams with overflow phone calls, picking and processing orders by confirming order slips, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. The successful candidate will also be responsible for attending general warehousing duties as required and making occasional deliveries to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A proven track record in a similar warehouse role
* A valid driver's license
* The ability to work autonomously within a team environment
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Computer literacy at an intermediate level
* The ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
* A positive attitude towards tasks and a can-do approach
