About You
You're a confident and customer-focused finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment. You bring:
* Strong F&I product knowledge and proven sales ability (preferred)
* Automotive industry experience (a strong advantage)
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* A detail-oriented, organized and ethical approach to work
* Drive, integrity, and a genuine passion for exceeding customer expectations

Your Role
As a key member of our dealership team, you will:
* Present tailored finance and insurance solutions to customers
* Process finance and leasing deals with accuracy and compliance
* Secure approvals and maintain strong relationships with lenders
* Educate and support the sales team on current finance programs
* Build trust with customers by delivering a seamless end-to-end experience
