We are seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of Owner Liaison, providing exceptional service to owners and breeders.
This dynamic position requires a unique blend of communication skills, industry knowledge, and customer service expertise. As an Owner Liaison, your primary responsibilities will include:
 * Facilitating seamless requests from owners and breeders, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
 * Developing and sustaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote ongoing engagement and loyalty.
 * Managing direct communication with owners regarding race day privileges, additional services, and other special requests.
 * Attending racing events to oversee owner areas and ensure a memorable experience for our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide VIP customer service, facilitate seamless requests, develop and sustain relationships with owners and breeders.
Required Qualifications & Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
 * A thorough understanding of the thoroughbred racing industry, including owner, breeder, and syndicator engagement.
 * Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, client services, or relationship management.
 * Knowledge of the racing industry and an understanding of owner and breeder dynamics.
