This national architecture practice is seeking a talented Bid Assistant to join their team in Brisbane. Helping with the tender submissions process, coordinating production, organising meetings and presenting proposals. This position plays a key part in the wider team and will require effective interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Writing and producing and collating tenders, bids and proposals using InDesign
Consistently liaising with Principals and Project leads to obtain relevant and up to date information
Managing the tender portal and making sure it is being tracked correctly
Identifying suitable business opportunities and presenting them
Marketing and pursuit material where required, including project sheets and CV's
Skills and Experience
Working at a level equivalent to 3+ years' experience as a bid coordinator within the architecture/construction industry
Ability to work within a team in a positive and effective manner
Experience using InDesign and managing the tender portal
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
