Residential Care Worker - We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Residential Care Worker in our Residential Care Home. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older people, providing essential daily living support and contributing to resident assessments.
Responsibilities
1. Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, grooming, toileting and mobility.
2. Maintain resident comfort through bed making, laundry distribution, and ensuring a clean environment.
3. Support routine treatments and procedures including self-administration of medication.
4. Contribute to client assessments and care planning.
