CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Tele Remote Bogger Operators to join our clients' underground mining operations in Kalgoorlie, WA. About the Role: We are seeking capable and motivated Tele Remote Bogger Operators to support underground production activities on a stable, long-term mining project. Working an even-time 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off FIFO roster, you will play a critical role in maintaining safe, efficient, and compliant underground operations while supporting production targets across site. This is a hands-on operational role suited to candidates who take pride in equipment care, strong safety performance, and contributing to a high-performing underground team environment. Roles & Responsibilities: Assist with rig mobilisation, set-up, de-rigging, and demobilisation activities Conduct pre-start inspections on all equipment prior to operation Operate tele remote bogger equipment in accordance with company procedures and site requirements Monitor daily production performance against targets and report progress Maintain company standards and consistently meet client expectations Accurately record stock removed from site tool containers Coordinate with site teams to maintain workflow continuity and minimise downtime Operate and maintain equipment in line with SWMS and company procedures Conduct routine inspections and minor maintenance on equipment Report mechanical issues or damage to supervisors promptly Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment tracking details Comply with all environmental policies and site-specific requirements Identify and report environmental hazards, spills, and risks immediately Participate in site waste management and recycling initiatives Assist with mentoring Trainee Drillers and Offsiders where required Promote a positive team culture and maintain strong working relationships on site Complete accurate and timely shift reports and required documentation Participate in toolbox talks, pre-starts, workplace inspections, and risk assessments Maintain high standards of housekeeping and site organisation Support all site safety systems, policies, and procedures to maintain a zero-harm workplace Our Ideal Candidates: Minimum 1 year of drilling, underground mining, or related field experience Previous experience operating tele remote bogger/loader equipment highly regarded Demonstrated intermediate mechanical aptitude, including basic equipment repairs Strong understanding of underground safety systems and hazard management Current relevant tickets/licences for loader operation Ability to work effectively in remote FIFO environments Strong organisational and time management skills Reliable, proactive, and adaptable with a strong work ethic High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team environment Full Australian working rights Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and National Police Clearance What's on Offer: 2:2 FIFO roster Up to $85 per hour (based on experience) Flights, meals, and accommodation fully provided Long-term opportunity on the Norton Project Supportive leadership team focused on safety, performance, and wellbeing Work within a high-performing underground mining operation How to Apply: If this is a position you could see yourself in, please click APPLY, or get in touch with Milli from CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 1300 235 688, or send your resume to milli@celotti.com.au About Us: CELOTTI WORKFORCE is a specialist provider of temporary and permanent blue and white collar staff to the building, infrastructure and resources sectors across Australia.
