About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, the COO is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team providing strategic leadership across the business operations, with oversight of financial management, Information Technology, NDIS planning & billing functions, property & fleet management, and risk management.

* NDIS planning and service oversight

* Strategic change leadership & innovation
Skills and Experience
* Must have significant operational leadership experience in the not-for-profit sector.
* Strong understanding of the NDIS, compliance requirements, and sector challenges.
* Proven ability to develop and implement strategic and operational plans.
* Strong financial and resource management skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
* Experience leading large, diverse teams in a complex environment.
