Stock Replenishment Supervisor Role
This is a key position within our stock management team, responsible for ensuring timely and accurate replenishment of store stock.
* Receiving and replenishing stock in the store in a prompt and efficient manner.
* Maintaining a high level of awareness regarding OHS policies and procedures.
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients across all touchpoints.
* Supporting business operations across multiple areas as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Prior experience in managing high-volume stock receiving processes.
* Background in supervising small teams on the back dock.
* Strong work ethic, motivated, and results-driven.
* Excellent multi-tasking skills, with effective communication and delegation abilities.
* Ability to plan, set goals, and drive results through initiative.
* Strong time management, delegation, and follow-up skills.
* Must possess the ability to lift over 15kg, bend, use ladders, with no physical restrictions.
