Indigitise is a Canberra-based ICT consulting and delivery partner supporting complex transformation and operational programs across Australian Federal Government departments.
We are currently seeking multiple Positive vetting cleared specialists across project delivery, business analysis, change management, training services and user experience design to support a major Federal Government program of work.
These roles sit within a large-scale, high-profile ICT transformation environment focused on modernising systems, improving service delivery and uplifting organisational capability.
Available Roles
1. ICT Project Managers (PV)
You will manage the delivery of a portfolio of projects using established government methodologies, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
• End-to-end project delivery (initiation, execution, transition to BAU and closure)
• Stakeholder engagement including senior executives and governance boards
• Scope, schedule, budget and risk management
• Governance reporting and assurance
2. Training Service Managers (PV)
You will lead technology training programs to uplift workforce capability across new systems and platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
• Designing and delivering in-person and virtual training sessions
• Developing training materials, guides and e-learning content
• Conducting training needs analysis
• Supporting learners and evaluating training effectiveness
3. Organisational Change Management Officers (PV)
You will drive adoption and business readiness for major ICT initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
• Stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments
• Developing and delivering change and communications plans
• Monitoring change readiness and benefits realisation
• Working closely with training and delivery teams
4. Senior Business Analysts (PV)
You will bridge business and technical teams to deliver data-driven, user-focused solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
• Business process analysis and improvement
• Requirements elicitation and documentation
• Developing process models, wireframes and solution artefacts
• Supporting decision-making through data and reporting
• Collaborating across product, delivery and technical teams
5. Lead User Experience Designers (PV)
You will lead user-centred design across digital services and transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
• Planning and conducting user research and testing
• Designing UX artefacts (journeys, wireframes, prototypes, service blueprints)
• Translating insights into practical design recommendations
• Uplifting UX maturity, standards and best practices across programs
Essential Requirements (All Roles)
Must hold an active Positive Vetting (PV) security clearance
Strong experience within complex ICT programs (Federal Government highly regarded)
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
