The Successful Applicant 6-8+ years in brand or marketing roles, including leadership experience Proven success building brands using modern marketing principles Experience working with global teams across time zones and cultures Strong storytelling skills, translating product benefits into memorable messaging Confidence leading creative teams and managing external partners Experience measuring brand effectiveness across awareness, recognition, and emotion Background in outdoor, sport, or lifestyle categories preferred
