The Opportunity
We are seeking a Casual Cafe Assistant to join our Food Services team on a casual basis. The successful candidate will be rostered over a seven-day roster working either a morning or afternoon shift on an on-call basis.
The role involves day-to-day operations of the Gilbert and Nic Nath Cafe, including barista coffee making, customer service, food and beverage preparation, sales and transactions, and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Barista coffee making experience
* A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of an effective team
* Ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers at all levels, cultures and backgrounds
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene principles and Work, Health & Safety principles
