Facilities Maintenance Specialist
Maintenance roles involve ensuring that facilities are safe and well-maintained. As a maintenance specialist, you will be responsible for upkeep, repair, and maintenance of our facility, creating a comfortable and safe environment for residents.
Main Responsibilities:
* Carry out routine maintenance tasks as directed, including gardening when required
* Check maintenance logs and prioritize tasks, coordinating contractors when necessary
* Plan and schedule maintenance under the guidance of senior staff members
* Source and store stock as required
* Act promptly on hazards, incidents, and other events involving the maintenance function
